The Old Harbour works late: it faces roughly north, holds soft light all afternoon and glows once the tavernas switch on. Dapia and the Poseidonion take clean morning sun before the first hydrofoil unloads. Weekends from June to September bring an Athens crowd; May, early June and September are the quiet months with warm sea and no queue for a carriage.

You mostly walk. Private cars are heavily restricted on the island, so the town runs on foot, bicycle, scooter and horse carriage, and Dapia to the Old Harbour is about twenty minutes along the sea. A carriage between the two makes a shoot of its own — agree the fare first. For Agioi Anargyroi take a water taxi from Dapia or the small bus, and check the last return time before you book a sunset slot.

Most couples sessions last 60 to 90 minutes, enough time to visit 2-3 locations and capture a wide variety of natural, relaxed moments together. In Athens you might start at an Acropolis viewpoint, wander through Plaka's old streets and finish at Anafiotika's island-style houses; on Santorini your photographer will route you through Oia's quieter corners before the sunset crowds arrive. The golden rule is to coordinate without matching — complementary colors and classic styles that reflect your personality. Solid, muted tones (cream, navy, sage, terracotta) photograph beautifully against Greece's whitewashed walls, blue domes and honey-colored stone. Avoid busy patterns, large logos and neon colors. Comfortable shoes matter: Plaka's marble-smooth lanes and Santorini's caldera steps are slippery, and island paths can be uneven. Bring a second outfit for variety on longer sessions, and a light layer for breezy island evenings.
