Greek landmarks work in your favour here: at a Santorini sunset or below the Acropolis, everyone is holding a camera, so one more photographer attracts zero attention. Your photographer will scout the spot beforehand, position themselves naturally, and never make eye contact with you until the ring is out. Golden hour — the Riviera faces the sea, and sunset is the show. Cape Sounion at dusk is the classic finale, while beaches and Lake Vouliagmeni are at their calmest early in the morning. May, June and September combine warm sea with softer light and fewer people than August.
