Packages vary by duration and the number of edited photos — one to two hours, roughly €279 to €450, is enough for Chora's squares, the Kastro lanes and the cliff edge at the end of town. Walking up to the Panagia adds about fifteen minutes each way, so build it into a longer booking.

The low wall at the end of Chora, where the town stops and the cliff drops two hundred metres; the plane-tree squares between the houses; the Kastro's narrow lanes with their wooden balconies and outside staircases; the zig-zag path up to the church of the Panagia and the view back down from it; and Agali bay on the west coast for sand and calm water.

Late afternoon into sunset. The cliff and Chora's western edge face the open sea, so the last hour turns the rock gold and the whitewash warm, and the Panagia above catches light after the town is in shade. Mornings are quiet in the Kastro. The season is short — ferries thin out sharply after early October and Chora largely closes for winter.

It is a marked zig-zag path of about fifteen minutes from the top of Chora, wide, paved in places and lit at night, climbing roughly a hundred metres. Flat shoes are enough; heels are not. The church is a working pilgrimage site, so dress modestly, and check whether it is open before you plan interiors — it is often locked outside services and feast days. The wind can be strong on the summit.

Photographers with their own studios include the space in the session price; those who rent third-party studios either build the cost in or list it as a separate line so you can choose the space tier. When comparing prices, compare the whole package: a session that looks €50 cheaper but adds studio rental on top isn't cheaper. If a quote is ambiguous, ask directly in the booking chat — 'is the studio included, and which studio is it?' — and you'll get a concrete answer with photos of the space. The practical limit is time, not a rule: in a 60-minute studio session, two to three outfits is the sweet spot — each change costs five minutes plus a lighting adjustment, and more changes than that eat into actual shooting. For headshot sessions, bring three tops in different tones against the planned backdrop and change only from the waist up in seconds. Portfolio and branding sessions that genuinely need four or more looks should book 90 minutes or two hours; your photographer will say so honestly when you describe the goal. Studio tip: bring everything pressed and on hangers, arrive in the simplest look, and start with it — the first fifteen minutes are warm-up frames anyway, and your strongest outfit deserves your warmed-up confidence.
