Business work is quoted per project — coverage hours, number of photographers, deliverables, turnaround, and usage rights all shape the price, so we don't publish a flat rate. You deal with Photo Portugal as a single counterparty: one point of contact, one contract, one invoice with VAT, regardless of how many photographers your project needs. Send the brief through our business form and you'll get a quote within one business day. Purchase orders and per-event or monthly billing for recurring work are all fine.

Standard delivery is within 7 days through a private online gallery. For events we offer faster options: a same-day highlight set (20–50 edited photos delivered before your guests wake up the next morning) is the most popular add-on for conferences and parties — great for social media while the buzz is still live. Full galleries for multi-day events typically follow within a week. Tell us your deadlines in the brief and we'll build the turnaround into the quote.

Yes on both counts. NDAs and confidentiality requirements are common for internal events, product launches, and executive photography — we and the assigned photographers will sign yours, or provide ours. Usage rights are scoped in the quote: internal use, organic social, press kits, paid advertising, or full buyout. If your event includes attendees, we can also work within your GDPR/consent setup — from photographing only opted-in zones to providing takedown handling after publication.
